I see I'm not alone....
I have been using this product (Clean & Clear Continuous Control acne cleanser)for several years. A couple of weeks ago I bought a couple of new tubes of the product and noticed something very wrong. The texture was off; very runny, it smelled different, and my face did not feel clean after using. I noticed my skin was more irritated after use, causing more harm than good. I called into the Johnson & Johnson consumer line and voiced my concern over the product (I didn't realize that the formula had been changed). The representative gave me a $5 refund (although it costs $6.99) and a couple of coupons for a dollar off next purchase. I went back to CVS and bought a couple more tubes of the product. Well I discovered that in my new purchase that I got one last tube of the old "original" product, and one of the "new" product that I initially thought was defective. I compared the ingredients and sure enough, the product is changed. I used the "new" product again tonight, just to see again, and it was bad. Smelled bad, texture bad and my face didn't feel clean after using and became irritated. So I guess I return the "new" bad product and find another brand to use. Very disappointed in Johnson & Johnson decision to change the original product into something that now is a bad product. I didn't expect a company like J&J to ruin a good thing. Disappointing!
